Through myth and metaphor, Gaspare creates artworks that interrogate the fragile duality of virtue and malice, inscribing human behaviour. Between the ephemeral and the existential, his work grants physical testimony to unspoken emotions.
Exhibition Statement
Eaftos" explores the interconnectedness of life and death, tracing the unseen passage between forms of existence. These sculptures embody a threshold—a transition, one state of consciousness shifting into another - neither fixed nor final. The work reflects on the fragile yet inevitable nature of transformation of the self, where life endlessly fold into its own essence, consuming and renewing into an unbroken cycle.
Suspended between permanence and impermanence, "Eaftos" invites contemplation on the forces that shape existence, the subtle interplay between what is and what is becoming.

With a background in traditional sculpture and marble carving, his work investigates the tension between the mundane and the spiritual, drawing inspiration from his upbringing within a Catholic context and its connections to pagan roots.
